Cancellation and Refund Policy (Group Tours)
Group tours only.
Cancellation charges are a percentage of the Tour Cost, based on the number of days before the travel (departure) date on which the cancellation is made:

| More than 120 days before | No cancellation charge |
| 120 to 31 days before | 25% of the tour cost |
| 30 to 16 days before | 50% of the tour cost |
| 15 to 8 days before | 75% of the tour cost |
| 7 to 0 days before | 100% of the tour cost |
The booking amount of ₹5,000 per person paid at registration is part of the tour cost and is adjusted against the cancellation charge.
GST charged on the tour cost is not refundable on cancellation.
Train tickets: cancellation of train tickets is governed by Indian Railways’ own cancellation rules.
Refunds: any refund due is made by bank transfer or UPI to the account the payment came from, within 5 to 7 working days.
