2. Group tours are fixed departures

Our group tours are fixed departures: they run on set dates with a set itinerary. Prices on the website are per person on quad sharing unless the tour page says otherwise.

If you cancel, or want to move to another departure, our Cancellation and Refund Policy (Group Tours) applies.

If we cancel a departure because too few guests have booked, you can choose a full refund of the amounts you paid or a move to another departure.

3. A booking request does not reserve seats

Sending the booking request form does not reserve seats. Your seats are not reserved until our advisor confirms with you. The advisor also confirms the final price.

A booking amount of ₹5,000 per person is paid at registration. The balance is due 7 to 10 days before departure.

4. Guest age categories

• Adult: above 11 years (12 years and above)
• Child: 5 to 11 years
• Child below 5 years: free of cost (without a separate seat or berth)

5. Prices and taxes

Group tour prices shown on the website are per person, plus 5% GST.

Domestic packages: 5% GST is added to the package cost.

International packages: 5% GST and 2% TCS are added to the package cost. TCS is charged at a flat 2% from the first rupee.

Customized packages are never inclusive of taxes. GST, and TCS where it applies, is always extra.

The booking amount is part of the total package cost. The balance is the total package cost minus the booking amount.

If online payment is offered on this website later, payment gateway fees and charges are paid by the customer and are not refunded.

6. No online payment on this website

The website does not take payments yet. The payment option on the booking form only records your preference. After confirming your seats, our advisor shares the official payment details.

Beware of fake offers. We confirm bookings only from our official numbers 7506419555, 8104491460 and this website. Please verify before you pay anyone.

7. Train tickets

Train tickets depend on Indian Railways availability. If a train ticket is waitlisted or not confirmed, we tell you as soon as we know and offer an alternative. Refund of any unused ticket follows Indian Railways’ rules.

8. Hotels

Hotels named in an itinerary are “or similar”: we may give you another hotel of a similar standard.

9. Season surcharge

A season surcharge may apply on peak dates and is shown on the departure.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling a group tour follows our Cancellation and Refund Policy (Group Tours).

11. Your details and documents

Please give correct names, mobile number and traveller details. How we use them is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Each adult needs one valid photo ID, and each child needs age proof. Please share them with our advisor after booking, never through the website forms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
